Loren Koçollari

Mr. Koçollari serves as the Communication Advisor to the Minister of State for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption, providing expert guidance and coordination on public communication, inter-institutional communication, and public relations for the Minister. Previously, he served as the Communication Advisor to the President of the Republic, where he successfully completed the “Lead Albania” program.

Mr. Koçollari has a diverse professional background, including roles as a communication consultant for the United Nations, journalist in various media outlets, and researcher in multiple organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Tirana and later pursued a Master’s in European Literary Culture at the University of Bologna and the University of Strasbourg.

He also holds an Advanced European Studies diploma from the European College of Parma. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Political Science with a focus on Political Communication at Corvinus University in Budapest.
