Fotjona Taçe

Mrs. Fotjona Taçe has over 17 years of professional career in consultancy and managing international development programs. She possesses deep expertise in the strategic management of complex projects with a sustainable impact on key sectors of the country’s economy.

Previously, Mrs. Taçe has led programs of major international partners and donors in Albania and the Western Balkans in sectors such as agriculture, tourism, fintech & innovation, and cultural heritage. She has also managed projects focused on SME development, through innovation and access to finance. Earlier, she held various roles in the Telecommunications industry.

Mrs. Taçe is highly regarded for her leadership skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a focus on generating results. She completed her higher education at the University of Tirana in Public Administration and holds a Professional Master’s (MBA) in Business Management.
